Ruby Hieken

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we mourn the passing of Ruby Wild Hieken, a devoted wife, a loving mother and a cherished friend. Ruby, 43, originally from Oklahoma, found her final rest on Friday, July 21, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Born on March 4, 1980, Ruby touched the lives of everyone she encountered, spreading joy and warmth with her radiant smile and compassionate nature. She was a beacon of light to her family, her friends, and the community she held dear.

Ruby’s most treasured role in life was that of a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Bill Hieken. Their love was a true example of commitment, and through life’s challenges, they stood together as an unwavering team, supporting and uplifting each other.

Her devotion extended to her three beloved children, Peter Paul, Mary Ann and Turt. As a mother, Ruby was a constant source of love, guidance, and strength, nurturing their dreams and supporting their endeavors with unwavering encouragement. She leaves behind a lasting imprint on their hearts and minds, and her presence will forever guide them through life’s journey.

As Ruby takes her place among the stars, she leaves behind numerous relatives and friends who were deeply touched by her kindness and generosity. Her compassion knew no bounds, and she selflessly offered her helping hand to anyone in need.

A special service to honor and celebrate Ruby’s remarkable life will be held at the First Group of God Marshallese Church in Northwest Arkansas, where she once worshiped as a child with her beloved parents, Wingo and Ursatene Molokan, who have also departed from this world.

In this time of grief, let us find solace in the beautiful memories we shared with Ruby. She was a woman of substance, a true public servant to her family and community, embodying the values she held dear, not just through words but through her actions.
