The cover of the 2025 Randolph County Fair catalog features artwork by Ruth Patterson, 65, a lifelong Randolph County resident. Patterson, who has long cherished the county fair, created the piece using watercolor, ink and pastel, spending six hours on the design and eight hours completing the artwork.
