As the world turns ...

As of Tuesday afternoon, Arkansas now has over 10,000 cases of coronavirus with 3,444 active, 161 people have died and 173 people are hospitalized. Our county has been very blessed that the number of COVID-19 cased has not increased for the past several days.

Testing is continuing locally for those who wish to be tested - even without symptoms.

With Phase 1 of the reopening underway some businesses are now open with a limited number of customers and social distancing in place. Others remain closed, however, including banks and businesses that offer drivethrough services. No timeline has been issued for implementing Phase 2 of the reopening, which allows for more customers inside a business, however Gov. Asa Hutchinson has mentioned he may follow a regional approach that would identify hotspots.
