Mrs. Dorothy Ingram

Mrs. Dorothy Ingram, 90, of Jonesboro, Ark., formerly of Biggers, Ark., passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

Mrs. Ingram was born in Success, AR., on October 26, 1930. She was a retired machine operator and homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, quilting and embroidery. She was a member of Biggers Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Alvin Taylor and wife, Lula of Jonesboro, Ark.; four grandchildren Jeremy, Loria, Kerri Lyn and Chad; six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Alvin “Buck” Taylor and Ray Ingram; her parents, Elmer Otis and Stella Mae (Smith) Hill; one son, Buel Taylor; two daughters, Carlene Taylor and Linda Edwards; four brothers, George Allen, Paul, Elmer and Everett Hill; four sisters, Pauline Allen, Ethel Nidaver, Lorene and Maxine Hill.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m, in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Charles Ray officiating. Burial followed the service at Hite Cemetery in Biggers. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2021, from 1:00 p.m, until the time of service.
