Bobby Richard Nibert

Bobby Richard Nibert

Bobby Richard Nibert, 91, of Pocahontas Ark., passed from life into eternity on February 9, 2020, where he was reunited with his love of 65 years, Martha Kathryn, who passed before him and who he longed to hold once again.

He was also preceded in death by his muchloved son, Donald Richard Nibert.

Bobby leaves behind a devoted daughter, Suzanne (Bob) Dees; three grandchildren Jon (Lindsey) Dees, Katie (Joel) VanderPloeg and Maja (Steve) Aurora; six great-grandchildren, Hannah, Jackson, Tommy, Ben, Zayd, Troy, and one great-great-granddaughter, Charlotte Grace. He is also survived by the sisters he gained when he married Martha; Audrey Million, Norma

Sue Johnson, Mary Etta Taylor and Linda Ward Simpkins (Dr. Sidney Simpkins), along with many beloved nieces and nephews that will miss him greatly.

Bobby was a man who was devoted to his family and took pride in caring for them. In his final days, he was lovingly doted on by some of the more amazing care partners at Villages of St. Peters Memory Care and their love and support was a blessing that can not be understated.

In his final days, he summed up the reality that he helped create;

“We’ve got a good family, don’t we gal?”

We do grandpa, we really do. Thank you for all your years of work to make that a reality.

Memorials may be made in Bobby’s name to the Leukemia Association. A graveside will be announced at a later date.
