Bev. (B.E.) Gossett

Bev. (B.E.) Gossett, 83, of Success, Ark., passed away July 17, 2019, in the Current River Nursing Center at Doniphan, Mo.

He was born February 16, 1936, at Naylor, Mo., to the late Stanley Alfred Gossett and Opal Hogan Gossett.

On September 2, 1961, at St. Louis, Mo., he was married to Ona Faye Niswonger. She survives.

Also surviving; His children, Paul Gossett of Success, Ark., Jimmy Gossett of Success, Ark., Karen Crawley and husband, Jim of Corning, Ark., Mike Gossett and wife, Joni of Lake City, Ark., and Bruce Gossett and wife, Janeen of Pocahontas, Ark., one sister, Mary Lou Berry of Success, Ark. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Amber, Clint, Zach, Maddie, Tiffany, Cody and Dallas and great-grandchildren, Caleb, Drake and Kate.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jim Gossett.

Bev. was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Corning, Ark., where he served as deacon. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, old cars, old tractors and model cars. He had worked as a press operator for Waterloo Industries in Pocahontas, Ark.

A Memorial Visitation was held Saturday, July 20, 2019, starting at 11:00 a.m., in the Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Corning, Ark. A memorial service followed at 12:00 p.m., with Brother Josh Carver officiating.
