Catherine Ann McCulllough
Catherine Ann McCulllough the daughter of Bill Leslie Batey and Thelma E. Carson was born in Tomato, Ark., on January 16, 1944, and passed away in Heber Springs, Ark., on July 22, 2018, at the age of 74 years.
She was a member of St. Albert Catholic Church in Heber Springs. She was an accounting clerk, member of the American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed fishing.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Thelma Batey, three brothers, Hebart Batey, Billy Batey and Jessie Batey, three sisters, Shirley Hawthorn, Eva Jo Weir and Helen Schaefer.
Survivors are her husband, Ronald L. McCullough. They were married on February 9, 1967. Other survivors are three sons, Gary McCullough and wife, Janice, Allan McCullough and Craig McCullough, one brother, Doyle Batey and wife Debbie and one sister, Becky Wyland and husband, Joe. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Mellssa, David, Kathleen, Benjamin, Allan, Jr., and Dusty, and six great-grandchildren besides other relatives and many friends.
A Rosary will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in St. Albert Catholic Church in Heber Springs and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at the Pine Grove Baptist Church in Pocahontas, Ark., at 11:00 a.m. and burial will be in the Gravesville Cemetery in Pocahontas.
