Committee meets to discuss storage issue at courthouse

POCAHONTAS – A special committee recently formed by Randolph County Judge David Jansen to address the growing need for space at the courthouse met Friday morning, June 8, to determine what can be done to provide the additional space needed.

Although no resolution would be reached, the committee agreed that space was indeed desperately needed and they would either have to build onto the courthouse or purchase, lease, or build a new building to store the records.
