Chamber approves new board members; discuss possibility of Christmas Parade
POCAHONTAS — During Thursday’s monthly Randolph County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors meeting at the historic courthouse, the Board approved newly-elected, incoming members to serve on Board for at least a three-year term. They also approved their annual officer elections.
The three new board members, who were selected through a ballot election process voted on by the local Chamber membership, are Paul Carr, Julie Courtney, and Caleb Taylor. They will begin serving in their positions in November.
In officer elections, the Board approved motions made to re-elect all current officers to their respective positions for an additional three-year term. The offices consists of President Erin Kerley-Mathews, Vice President Lisa Robertson, and Board Secretary Angie Caldwell.
