Mary Ann Swann, 94, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away peacefully Saturday, May 7, 2022, at her home. She was born May 2, 1928, in Pocahontas, Arkansas to George and Mary Anna Thennes Sorg.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ray Swann; two sons, Tim Toliver, and Jerry Swann; eight brothers, one sister, and one grandson.

Mary is survived by one son, Buster Swann, four daughters, Mary Waddell, Susie (Tommy) McManners, Patricia (Dave) Williams, Mary Louise (Billy) Voss all of Pocahontas; also, one brother Earnest Sorg of Pocahontas. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, many friends, and other loved ones.

Pallbearers are Paul Burgess, Kenny Waymon, Jason Swann, Josh Swann, Chad Voss, and Jeff Toliver.

All services will be held in the chapel of Hope Gardens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm; Mary’s funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Harmony Cemetery.
