Mary Heddings Acor, 89, of Maynard passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She was born September 14, 1932 in Milton, PA to the late John and Mary Robinault Heddings. Mary loved to read, work puzzles, watch hummingbirds, and travel. She was of the Christian faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Heddings; husband, Leon Acor, and eight siblings.

Mary is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Karen) Acor of Lakeland, FL, Barry (Barbara) Acor of Lakeland, FL, Terra (Joseph) Schneider of Lakeland, FL, and Jada (Tracy) Toy of Maynard; grandchildren, Jennifer (Travis) Hackett of Lakeland, FL, Joshua Acor of Lakeland, FL, Ashley (Matthew) Bodiford of Plant City, FL, Landon Schneider of Lakeland, FL, Lane Schneider of Inverness, FL, and Trace Toy of Maynard; nine great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

All services will be private under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
