Lucy Leah Hulvey, 83, left this earthly life Monday morning, November 28, 2022 at Alpine Fireside Nursing Home in Rockford, Illinois. Lucy was born March 29, 1939 to James Denton and Lucile Celeste Hulvey in Pocahontas, AR. Lucy graduated from Pocahontas High School in 1956, then moved to Rockford, Illinois. She spent the majority of her work life working for Illinois Bell/ AT&T.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Lucile Hulvey. Lucy is survived by daughters, Kathy Fisk of Pocahontas, AR, and Jacki (Greg) Montavon of Belvidere, IL; granddaughters, Danielle (Austin) Todd of Roscoe, IL, Dawn Crawford of Pocahontas, AR, Jessica (Michael) Watson of Belvidere, IL, and Emily Montavon of Poplar Grove, IL; grandson, Andrew Montavon of Belvidere, IL; and great-granddaughters, Peyton and Micah Todd of Roscoe, IL, and Lillian Watson of Belvidere, IL. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
