Loisell Tyler
Loisell Houseman Tyler, 86, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. She was born June 6, 1936, to Fred Houseman and Lois Hinkle Houseman in Chaffee, Missouri. She married Gerald Tyler April 25, 1952.
Loisell enjoyed being with her family. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, flowers, and genealogy. She was known for her fried peach pies. She was a member of the Noland Church of Christ. She worked at Pro Group.
Loisell was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Tyler, her parents, Fred Houseman and Lois Hinkle Darling and her brothers Donnie Houseman and Bobby Darling.
Loisell is survived by her children Debbie (Billy) Helms of Bentonville, Randy (Jana) Tyler of Salem, Geraldine (John) Dalton of Pocahontas, Mark (Ginger) Tyler of Newbern, Tennessee, Doug (Margarett) Tyler of Pocahontas; grandchildren Anthony (Shanitha) Helms, Brent Helms, Justin (Kimberley) Tyler, Cory (Haley) Tyler, Jeff (Christy) Dalton, Jennifer (Joe) Tarantino; Alexa (Ryan) Bradley, Levi Tyler, Rachel Tyler, Scarlett Tyler, Austin (Logan) Jordan and Jessica (Dustin) Woods; great-grandchildren Anders, Raven and Dominic Helms, Fisher, Conley and Reid Tyler, Austin and Jayden Dalton, Brayden and Kaydence Tarantino and Emma Woods; sister Roxie (Jerry) Davis and brother Richard Darling; aunts Louise Wicker, Jeannie Eagan and Delnora Jones; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.
All services will be held in the chapel of Hope of Gardens Funeral Home. Loisell’s visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with the funeral to follow at 1:00 pm. Loisell will be laid to rest at Chesser Cemetery.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Anthony and Brent Helms, Jeff Dalton, Justin, Cory and Levi Tyler, Joe Tarantino, Dustin Woods, Austin Jordan and Ryan Bradley. Honorary Pallbearers are Jennifer Tarantino, Alexa Bradley, Rachel and Scarlett Tyler, and Jessica Woods.
