Lois Patricia Funcell Guarnett, 90, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 9th, 2022 at home.

She was born September 8, 1931 in Ellington, New York to the late James J and Mildred Nelson Funcell.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband Hershell Gerald (Jerry) Guarnett, 5 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by one brother, Steve Funcell of Randolph, NY.

Lois is survived by 5 children to include David Vives of Lakeland, Fl., Gregory Guarnett of Langham, Saskatchewan, Canada, Sheila Vives of Pocahontas, AR, Joni Riggle of Sinclairville, NY, and Wendy Pennica of Fredonia, NY. She has 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Lois will be interred at the Valley View Cemetery in Ellington, NY by Falconer Funeral Home of Falconer, NY.

There will be no services. Lois asks that donations in her memory be made to the Children’s Shelter in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas.
