News from the Randolph County Humane Society

Have YOU adjusted to the ‘shock’ in the sudden change in our weather? The super warm temps we experienced lately will easily spoil a person, but a few days later, frost! If nothing else, perhaps that puts everyone in the holiday mood. Here is the humane society’s “Un-Trim-a-Tree” from a year or two ago. Some favorite ornaments are still available, but we have many new ones for the 2016 season. Most choices are a $5 donation; a few are two for $5. Make your selection beginning the day after Thanksgiving. The “Un-Trim-a-Tree” project is available through the generosity of the staff at the Randolph County Veterinary Clinic on Thomasville in Pocahontas. Check it out during regular veterinary clinic hours.
