Due to the Virus the Christmas visit on December 21, 2020 was not able to visit each Veteran in our local Nursing Homes and Rehab facilities to distribute individual gifts. Activity Directors of Randolph Home, Stonebridge Senior Living & Pocahontas Nursing & Rehab facilities arranged for members Richard Lossner, Connie Anderson, Deborah Mooney & Joyce Amann to drop off the Veterans Gifts of which were collected and distributed to each Veteran. Each gift consisted of Blanket monogram with the Veterans Branch of Service with their name, small American Flag, star which was part of an American Flag flown over a home in the USA, Christmas card from Congressman Rick & Stacy Crawford & Christmas card from VSA. Numerous business and individuals of Pocahontas donated monies to make this possible and made each Veteran feel appreciated and not being alone in this horrible virus environment. Gift Bags were assembled by Kenneth & Janette Wright of the VSA.
