Jack Terrell Whaley, 73, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Ash Flat Healthcare and Rehab. Jack was born in Maysville, Kentucky on Saturday, October 1, 1949.

Jack is survived by his wife Diane Whaley; sons Patrick Whaley and James Whaley both of California and Jason D. Hattrich of Decatur, Alabama; and a sister Kathy Lee of Simi Valley, California.

Services will be held at the First Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm; with the funeral service to immediately follow at 2:00 pm. Jack will be laid to rest at Maynard Cemetery.
