Emma Louise Rapert, 88, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away at St. Bernard’s Medical Center, in Jonesboro, on Monday, June 07th, 2022. Emma was born on Sunday, November 25th, 1934, in Pocahontas, to Mack and Grace Million Riggs

Emma is preceded in death by her parents, Mack, and Grace; brothers, Ronald Weir Riggs, and William Riggs; and sisters, Mary Florence Riggs Decker, and Maxine Riggs Sago.

Emma is survived by her loving husband Bill Rapert; brother, Robert Riggs of Fayetteville, Arkansas; brother-in-laws, Dale Murdock, and Billy Carl Decker of Attica, Arkansas; sister-in-laws, Nancy Johnson Riggs, of Attica, Arkansas, Francis Riggs, of Sparta Tennessee, Patsy J. Rapert, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Brenda Nash, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, and Mary Lou Murdock, of Maynard, Arkansas; many loving nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.

All services will be held in the chapel of Hope Gardens Funeral Home. Emma’s visitation will be held on Saturday, June 11th, 2022, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm. The Funeral will directly follow at 2:00 p.m. following with a procession to Maynard Cemetery.
