Tommy David Reed Sr., 85, of Pocahontas passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022 at NEA Baptist Hospital. He was born July 3, 1937 in Pocahontas to the late Homer Neil Sr and Reva Jewel Allen Reed. Tom was the longtime owner of Kwik-Kool Heat & Air. He was a member of Sutton Freewill Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and a Sunday School teacher. Tom was a Gideon and was passionate about spreading God’s word. He was married to the love of his life Billie Faye Bettis Reed for over 65 years. Tom loved God and lived his life so his family and friends could see God’s light through him.

Justin Lynn Simonton of Pocahontas passed away at the age of 35. Justin was born August 25, 1986 to Ronald and Donna Bennett Lowe in Knoxville, TN.

Katie Matilda Whitson Donaldson, 101, of Pocahontas, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at her home. Katie was born July 19, 1921 in Pocahontas to James Elbert and Almeda Pearl (Moore) Whitson.

Ila Ernestine Guntharp, 94, of Pocahontas passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Randolph Home. She was born August 21, 1927 in Supply to the later Sherman an Esta Parish Fowler.

Michael Anthony Blissenbach, 24, of Pocahontas, passed away Saturday July 30, 2022. Anthony was born March 11, 1998 to the late Michael James Blissenbach and Tamara King Blissenbach.

Mary Kathryn Dalton, 80 of Mountain View, formerly of Pocahontas, passed away Wednesday July 27, 2022. Mary Kathryn was born November 17, 1941 to the late David Benjamin Williams and Wilma Harris Williams in Stokes.

Harold Wayne Cox, Sr., 78, of Ravenden Springs passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Pioneer Therapy and Living in Melbourne. He was born October 10, 1943 in Kansas City, MO to the late Ben and Emma Bollin Cox.

Dickie Carl Waymon, 78, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his girls, on Friday, July 15, 2022. Dick was born on November 25, 1943, in Pocahontas to Marvin Waymon and Irene Waymon Cox.

Elizabeth Ann Poff, 79, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022. Elizabeth was born on Sunday, September 5, 1943, in Dell, AR to Floyd and Annie Williams Phillips.
