Doyle Gene Stockwell, 72 of the Hamil community passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. Doyle was born in Pocahontas on May 30, 1950, to Joyce Stockwell of Pocahontas.

Reggie Duane Rainwater, 69, died January 2, 2023, at St. Bernard Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born October 22,1953 in Walnut Ridge, Lawrence County, Arkansas and was the son of the late Elmer Lawrence and Ivy Imogene (Stevens) Rainwater.

Clarence “Sonny” Guthrey, 89, of Corning, passed away January 4, 2023. Mr.

Jerry Dale Daughhetee, 70, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away on January 8, 2023, with his family lovingly by his side. He was born April 3, 1952, in Sikeston, Missouri to Gerald and Leola Daughhetee. Jerry preceded in death by his parents, sister Janet Eastbourn, and nephew Jeff Eastbourn. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Shelia Daughhetee of the home, son Jeremy (Lizelle) Daughhetee of San Antonio, Texas; son Steven (Sarah) Daughhetee of Frisco, Texas; stepson Blake (LaNae) Campbell of Jonesboro, Arkansas; sister Pam (Jimmy) Graham and brother Terry Daughhetee of Pocahontas, Arkansas; grandsons Peyton, Logan, Dillon Daughhetee, and Toby Burns; granddaughters Brianna Daughhetee, Blakely Campbell, BayLee and JayCee Burns; 3 nieces Kim Eastbourn, Ginny Agee, Kristin Ungerank; 2 great nieces and 8 great nephews. Jerry enlisted in the United States Air Force in December 1970. Airman 1st Class Daughhetee served as a Fuel Supervisor during the Vietnam conflict before he was honorably discharged. He was a proud veteran and supported all things military.
