Norma Jean Hocking of Ardmore, AL passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family and friends on April 15, 2024. Norma was born in Maynard, AR on September 2, 1937 to Normal Otto Sullivan and Mary Elizabeth Cain Sullivan.

Joan Swindle 92, of Maynard passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at her home. She was born in Arkansas on May 28, 1931, to the late Hite Mock and Essie Pittman Mock.

Everett Edward Kellett, born March 8, 1932, passed peacefully from this life surrounded by his loving sons on the evening of April 9, 2024. Everett was born in the hills of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas to Jasper and Nettie (Bailey) Kellett.

David Patrick Harrison, 73 of Harrison Arkansas, formerly of Imboden passed away April 3, 2024, in Harrison Arkansas. David was born March 17, 1951, to the late Edmond Harrison and Ruby Baxter Harrison in Imboden.

Thomas Arthur Cooper, 82, of Pocahontas passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born August 2, 1941, in Pocahontas to the late Clay Henderson Cooper and Leora Elizabeth Stayton Cooper.

A. Allen Cox, 90, of Pocahontas passed away Monday, April 1, 2024, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Justin Keith Brown Bateson, 18, of Ravenden Springs passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 in Paragould. He was born March 10, 2006 in Newport to Bryan Edward Moore and JoAnn Marie Brown Pankey.

James D. (Jim) Willcox, 94, of Conway, AR, went to be with the Lord, March 19, 2024. He was born December 5,1929 in Greene County, Arkansas to Darrel B. and Mary Willcox. Jim was preceded in death by his parents and his two sisters, Goldie Brown, and Betty Jumper.

Carma Jean Dyer, 89, of Reyno entered her heavenly home Sunday March 10, 2024, at Pocahontas Health and Rehab Center. Carma was born way up in the hills of Randolph County on April 2, 1934, to Willie Wilson “Bud” Buckley and Ollie Long Buckley. She lived on the Knob up by Mud Creek. She retired from Brown Shoe after 43 years.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peggy Sue Webster (Ward) who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of sixty-one. Peggy, as she was fondly known, was born on July 6, 1962, in Pocahontas, Arkansas to Opal and Cletis Ward.
