Charles Junior Risenhoover, 79, of Pocahontas, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, surrounded by his family. Born on March 3, 1945, in Reyno to Johnny and Thelma Creason Risenhoover, Charles was a kindhearted soul who touched many lives with his kindness.

WILLIAM GARY ”BILL” DANIEL
The 7th child, and eldest son of share cropping cotton farmers, William Gary “Bill” Daniel, was born July 3rd, 1947 to William Henry and Elnora Brantley Daniel, he passed peacefully from this life on September 17, 2024. Born in Manila, Arkansas, Bill was an uncle by the time he was 2 years old.

Wichita Falls resident Dennis Foster Holobaugh passed away on September 8, 2024, after a courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He was 69 years old.

JOSEPH R. MOORE
Joseph R. Moore, 80 formerly of Pocahontas, AR passed away Friday, August 30,2024 in Rogers, AR. He was born July 4,1944 in Beaumont, TX to the late John J Moore and Eileen (Thompson) Moore. Joe graduated from Pocahontas High School, Arkansas State University, and the University of Arkansas. He taught in the political science department at Arkansas State University, before moving to Little Rock where he worked in state and federal positions for over 30 years. Upon his retirement in 2006 he returned to Pocahontas to live. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his two brothers, John Moore, Jr and James L. Moore. He is survived by his two sisters, Carolyn Goff (James) of Bentonville, Virginia Moore of Centerton, AR, his nephew, Michael Goff, his niece, Julie Joyner (Stephen), and great nieces, Kelsey and Kristen Joyner.
