The eagerly anticipated Annual Great Eleven Point River Float, hosted by the Randolph County Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by Perry Properties, LLC, is set to take place on Saturday, July 1. This year, the event aims to attract as many participants as possible to embark on a leisurely float down the county’s scenic river.
Local high school softball standout Libby McIntyre has been chosen to represent the United States at the highly anticipated 2023 Softball International Challenge in Colorado. To raise funds for her journey and support her accomplishments, Studio 67, a local theater group, is organizing a special benefit event featuring a performance of “Jungle Book: The Musical” by 19 talented young students.
