With a break between the non-conference and conference portion of the Pocahontas Redskins’ schedule, it gave us some time to catch up with the ‘Skins’ first-year Head Coach Casey Chester. In the interview, Coach Chester discusses the tough non-conference schedule, how it has prepared his team for the rest of the season, and which younger players he has seen step up in the face of early-season injuries. He also shares his opinion on other teams aside from the Redskins that may contend for the conference title.

In a recent city council meeting, residents from the Baltz Lake area, raised their concerns about a growing nuisance – the incessant barking of dogs.
