Carol Sue Holland, 77, of Maynard departed this life December 27, 2023, at St. Bernard Five Rivers in Pocahontas.

Carol was born to the late Eddie Holt and Lonnie Junkersfeld Holt in Pocahontas on October 4, 1946.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Lonnie Holt; daughters, Vicki Baltz Parten and Tammy Baltz Downing; son, Robby Baltz; granddaughter, Sara Baltz; great granddaughter, Harper Thielemier; two brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her husband, Ted Holland of the home; sons, Aaron Baltz and Darin Baltz of Pocahontas; daughters, Angie (Joseph) Baltz Wicker and Tiffany (Chris) Baltz Palmer and Rachel Glisson; granddaughter, Laurie (Josh) Baltz Thielemier; grandson, J.R. Baltz; three sisters and many more grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews and friends whom she loved dearly.

Visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 2, 2023, in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2023, at Sutton Free Will Baptist Church with Kevin Barnett officiating. Burial will follow in Sutton Cemetery.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Dustin McGlothlin, Jacob Wicker, Jesse Baltz, J.R. Baltz, Josh Wicker and C.J. Palmer.

Honorary pallbearers are James Downing, Joe Wicker, Bryan Dalton, Tyler Baltz and Landon Baltz.
