Barbara Jean Mahan Butcher of Santa Fe, Texas, died Saturday, October 22, 2022 in Galveston, Texas at the age of 75.

Barbara was born October 3, 1947 to Thelma and Edwin Mahan. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Michael, Carl, and Darrell.

She is survived by her daughters, Debra Marley of Houston, TX,. Sheri Herrin of Hitchcock, TX. Brother Rodney Mahan and sister Donna Brown both of Dalton. Barbara is also survived by a host of nieces a nephews. Barbara’s wishes were to be cremated.
