Alice Elizabeth Johnson, 86, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 24, 2023. Alice was born in Detroit, Michigan, on June 18th, 1937, to Albert and Vera Kuhfeldt.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Vera Kuhfeldt, daughter Valerie, sister Verla Raulerson, brother Bob Kuhfeldt, and great-granddaughter Mila Rose Johnson.

Alice is survived by her husband Wendell Rueben Johnson of Pocahontas; brother Lee (Pat) Kuhfeldt of Romeo, Michigan; son Gregory (Kathy) Johnson of Pocahontas; son Tim Johnson of Pocahontas; and son Mark Johnson of Pocahontas; grandchildren Gregory (Casey) Johnson of St. Louis, Missouri, Courtney (Nick) Newberry of Walcott, Matthew (Heather) Johnson of Pocahontas, Aaron (Stephanie) Jerrett of Benton, Jordan (Samantha) Poe of Virginia, Adam Poe of Pocahontas; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren: and many nieces and nephews. All services will be held at Hope Gardens Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, from 11:00 am-1:00 pm, with the funeral service to immediately follow with Pastor Dan Avery officiating. Alice will be laid to rest at Thomas Cemetery.
