ZADA BELL HARRIS

Zada Bell Harris was born to James Arthur and
Lotti Evans on February 12, 1928, in Myrtle, Missouri.
Zada passed away peacefully on June 27, 2024, in Pocahontas, Arkansas.
She was a devout Christian, a perfect example of love to her children and grandchildren. Zada worshiped faithfully at Hillside Church of Christ and read her bible daily. She embodied the sentiments in I Corinthians, chapter 13 verses 4-8. She is preceded in death by her grandson Mark David Seawel, her daughter Barbara Fay Seawel, and her husband of 64 years, James Mayhue Harris She is survived by her son Leon (Peggy) Harris of Willow Springs, Missouri; her daughter Lois (Bennie) Sanders of Giddings, TX; her daughter Nancy (Tom) Sorg of Pocahontas, AR; her son James (Tina) Harris of Jonesboro, AR, and her son Bret (Polly) Harris of Pocahontas, Arkansas; 13 grandchildren, 26 greatgrandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. All services were held at Hope Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. Zada will be laid to rest in Harris Cemetery.
