Willard Eric Johnson, 73, of Memphis, TN, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024, at home surrounded by his loved ones. Willard was born December 12, 1950, in Memphis, TN to Harold and Ruby (Gladney) Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Pam Edwards and sister-in-law’s, Lavern Jenkins Johnson and Jill Victoria.

Willard is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Linda (Williams) Johnson; sons, William “Bill” Eric (Danielle) Johnson and Bart Wayne Johnson; and daughter, Jessica LaFaye Johnson; grandchildren, Lillian Belle Johnson, Natalie Drew Johnson, Jake Parker Johnson, and Louie Alan Pogreba. Willard also leaves behind his brothers, Clyde (Linda) Johnson, Kenny (Alice) Johnson, Mickey (Lana) Johnson, Victor Johnson, Glen Johnson, and Tim Johnson (Jill Victoria); sister, Bonnie (Gary) Shipley; nieces, and nephews Heather (Bill) Kindrick, Jennifer Hall- Blackwell, Christina Malone, Timothy Ralph Johnson and Tracy Nicole Johnson; greatniece Sydney Blackwell; and many other nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Willard was devout in his faith in the Lord. Everything he did was done with an abundance of love and dedication. He attended Tech high school, graduating in 1968 and Memphis State University afterwards. His dedication and love continued throughout his career with Country Delight, and into every other aspect of his life. He was a devoted family man and phenomenal husband and friend. He was the best father imaginable. He will be missed immeasurably by all that crossed paths with him in this life.

There will be a visitation held at 12 pm Sunday June 2nd at McNabb funeral home ,2129 N Park St, Pocahontas, AR, 72455, and service at 1 pm at Mc-Nabb, followed by a burial at Shiloh Cemetery.
