Ansel Brent Shrader, 50, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, formerly of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on May 2, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Brent was born to Charles and Ruth Shrader in Scottsboro, Alabama on June 2, 1973.

Brent is preceded in death by his father Charles Shrader.

Brent is survived by his loving husband John Robert Bailey; mother Ruth Harrison Shrader; parent-in-laws Robert (Pop) and Sandra (Mom) Bailey; brothers Darell Shrader and Tony Shrader both of Scottsboro, Alabama, and Chris Shrader of Skyline, Alabama; sister Connie Bohannon of Scottsboro, Alabama; and niece Mallory Moore; and great nieces Laney Bleu and Lily Beth.

Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Scottsboro,Alabama.
