Black River Technical College (BRTC) held its Spring 2024 commencement on Thursday, May 9 in the Randolph County Development Center. Approximately 393 degrees and certificates were conferred by BRTC President Dr. Martin Eggensperger and awarded by Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Brad Baine to 340 graduates.
