Harold Finley

Harold (Bubba) Finley Jr., 81, a lifelong resident of Pocahontas, died at his home with family around him. Harold was born in Pocahontas on March 1, 1942, To Harold and Lurine Finley.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents Harold Finley Sr. and Lurine Oaks Finley; sister Reda Mae Finley; and daughter Nanette Finley.

Harold is survived by his daughter Lorene Capone of San Antonio, Texas; son Luther Finley; sister Pat Johnson; brother Bill Finley; six grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Harold was a 1961 graduate of WF Branch High School in Newport, Arkansas. Harold was a proud student and supporter of the Eddie Mae Herron Center.

Harold was an avid baseball fan of the Chicago Cubs. He also loved to fish, hunt, watch NASCAR races, and loved being with family. After his retirement from Magee Picture Frame Company. His hobby was sitting at Price Chopper visiting with friends, and riding an 18-Wheeler with Joe Jones All services were held in the chapel of Hope Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Harold was laid to rest in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
