Patsy Jewel Todd, 86, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away at home on Friday, June 9, 2023. Patsy was born on Sunday, November 22, 1936, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Luther and Mettie Golden.

Patsy is preceded in death by her husband Frank Todd; brothers Rex Golden, Ed Golden, and Bud Golden; and her sisters Georgia Page, Ruby Neton, and Jeanette Pace.

Patsy is survived by her sons James Todd of Jonesboro and Marty (Renee) Todd of Black Rock; daughter Sheila Newell of Pocahontas; grandchildren Anthony Todd Jr., Frank Todd, Tyler Newell, Robert Netrefa, Angela Netrefa, and many other grandchildren near and far; special friends William and Ann Richmond; and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Patsy will be held at Hope Gardens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm with the funeral service to immediately follow at 1:00 pm, with Chad Burton officiating. Patsy will be laid to rest at Chesser Cemetery.
