Alta Mary Alice Crow, 89, of Pocahontas, passed from this life on Friday, January 27, 2023. She was born in Stonewall on May 6, 1933, to the late Dan and Mary Roush. Alta married Lawrence Crow on March 7, 1950. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Alta enjoyed reading, and she had a love for flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Brant Crow; daughters, Margaret Vandergriff and Shelia Crow; grandson, Cody Crow; sisters, Eula Howe and Lola Crow; and brother, Jones Roush.

Alta is survived by her son, Steve (Myra) Crow of Pocahontas; daughters, Joan Boyd of Paragould and Susie (Steve) Flanery of Pocahontas; fourteen grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; daughter-inlaw, Debbie Crow of Pocahontas; and son-inlaw, Darrell Vandergriff of Ravenden Springs.

The funeral was Monday, January 30, 2023, at 1pm at Providence Baptist Church under the direction of Heath Funeral Home. Burial was in Providence Cemetery.
