Carl Lamb

Carl Lancet Lamb, 79, of Reyno passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022 at his home.

He was born September 20, 1943 in Biggers to the late Marvin and Jewell Baker Lamb. He was a retired farmer and served in the Army National Guard. Carl was involved in soil conservation, the Running Lake Drainage District, served on the Biggers-Reyno School Board for 20 years, and was a member of Reyno First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Jewell Lamb; and sister, Patsy Lamb.

Carl is survived by his wife, Mary Jean Vail Lamb; son, Lance (Suzie) Lamb of Pocahontas; daughter, Lori (Todd) Cullen of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Aiden and Rylan Lamb of Pocahontas, and Laird and Carleigh Cullen of Jonesboro; step grandchildren, Kalib (Brook) Norris of Wilmington, NC, and Makala Lundy of Pocahontas; step great-grandchildren, Jasper and Mason Lundy of Pocahontas, and Elsie Norris of Wilmington, NC; siblings, J.H. (Scotty) Lamb of Reyno, Martha (Leroy) Gatlin of Bentonville, and Norma Cherry of Bentonville; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 6-8 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 10 AM at Reyno First Baptist Church with Roger Hovis officiating. Burial will follow in Johnston Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Mitch Brown, Freddie Brown, Don Brown, Harold Modisette, David Graham, and Edward Graham.

Honorary pallbearers will be Carl’s grandsons, Aidan Lamb and Laird Cullen.
