Rickey Reed, 74, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at home surrounded by loved ones. Rickey was born on Wednesday, July 28, 1948, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Elmer and Pearlie Reed.

Rickey is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Pearlie Reed, a sister Pat Spence, and brothers Jerry, Lonnie, and Don Reed.

Rickey is survived by his loving wife Kathy Reed; sons Donnie (Heather) Noles, Jeremy (Mary) Noles, and Darren Reed; daughters Paula Reed of Paragould, Missy (DeWayne) Lewis of Paragould, Angie Reed Davis of Black Rock, Tanya (Kyle) Adams of Cabot, Teresa (Chris) Reed Huckabee of Paragould, and Rita Johnson of Hartwell, Georgia; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters Sharion Reed and Shelia Reed both of Pocahontas, Janette King and Jaquata Pickering both of Hot Springs; brother Billy Reed of Paragould; special friend Jim Atkins; and his aides Laura Moore and Tabitha Allen. Services were held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Hope Gardens Funeral Home.
