Robert Frankenberger

Robert David Frankenberger, 74, of Pocahontas passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022 at his home.

He was born April 6, 1948 in Pocahontas to the late Ben and Mary Bergman Frankenberger. Robert served in the Army in Korea during the Vietnam era, was a manufacturing supervisor at TRW Cinch, and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing cards with his special friends, yard saling, and refinishing furniture.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Mary Frankenberger; brother, Ray Frankenberger; and by his grandparents.

Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia Pfeffer Frankenberger; sons, Keith (Kris) Frankenberger of Jonesboro, and Jeremy (Amanda) Frankenberger of Paragould; grandchildren, Bailey Frankenberger of Pocahontas, Ethan Frankenberger of Pocahontas, Brooks Frankenberger of Jonesboro, Laney Frankenberger of Paragould, and Keaton Johnson of Fayetteville; brother, Jerry Frankenberger; sister, Dorothy Hoelscher; special friends, Andrew Dunnivant, Brynlee Higginbotham, Scoob Higginbotham, and McKenzie Smith; and many other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 5-7 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a Rosary being said at 7 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 11 AM at St. Paul Catholic Church with Father Stephen Elser officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at St. John Cemetery at Engelberg.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ray Adams, Rick Prater, Tandy Wallis, Ethan Frankenberger, Drew Dunnivant, Scoob Higginbotham, and Brooks Frankenberger.
