Carli Chester, Miss Randolph County, is the daughter of Chad and Brandi Chester of Pocahontas. She is a 2025 graduate of Pocahontas High School and an incoming Freshman at the University of Arkansas majoring in Political Science and Communications with plans to attend law school and pursue a career in a field related to politics and public relations. Miss Randolph County received over $3000 in scholarships and prizes. Carli will compete at the State Fair Pageant the first weekend in Little Rock. Her mother, Brandi Ring Chester, was Miss Randolph County 1995.
