Electricity Instructor Jack De-Loach has retired from Black River Technical College (BRTC) after 11 years of service.

Law Enforcement Training Academy (LETA) Instructor Darren Plaster has retired from Black River Technical College (BRTC) after 16 years of service. Plaster also served the citizens of the State of Arkansas for over 32 years.
Students on the Chancellor’s and Dean’s Lists for the spring 2025 semester at Arkansas State University have been announced. The lists recognize undergraduate students who achieved the highest grade-point averages while completing a minimum of 12 credit hours of study.

Black River Technical College (BRTC) began following summer hours the week of May 19. All locations will be open Monday – Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The college is closed on Fridays.
