Redskins tame the Colts in preseason scrimmage
The Pocahontas Redskins opened their 2024 season in the Arkansas Delta with an exciting preseason scrimmage victory over the Rivercrest Colts, coming away with a 21-20 win on Thursday night, Aug. 22. The game was decided in the final seconds when Rivercrest’s field goal attempt fell short as time expired, giving Pocahontas the narrow win.

James Ranch Hare Scramble
The James Ranch Hare Scramble was back again for 2024! Riders began arriving from several states on Friday with their tents, campers and motor homes. Some chose to stay at James Ranch accommodations.
