Lake Charles State Park will offer a Free Fishing Weekend Fishing Derby on Saturday, June. 15, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the park, 3705 Highway 25, Powhatan. The event is free and open to the public. Participants will meet at the Swim Beach Parking Lot.
