Wanda Lea (Martin) Phillips of Pocahontas, AR departed from this life Sunday, September 3, 2023. She was born in Maynard, AR on March 19, 1939 to Elmer and Ruby Martin. She was raised in Northeast Arkansas, and after marrying, Wanda and her husband of 65 years, Burnard Franklin Phillips, lived all over the world due to his commitment to the army. In 1974, they returned to Arkansas, and she worked for Brown Shoe Company and ProGroup.

Frederick Eugene Sorg, 72, of Pocahontas, passed away September 03, 2023, in Pocahontas, Arkansas. He was born on August 29th,1951 in Flint Michigan to the late Raymond and Bessie (McManners) Sorg.
