The annual Janes Cemetery meeting will be held on Saturday, July 29 at noon at the Ravenden Springs Church of Christ fellowship building. A potluck lunch will be served. Donations for the maintenance of the cemetery can be given at that time, or checks may be made out to Janes Cemetery Mowing Fund and mailed to Bill Bailey, 1912 N Park St, Pocahontas, AR 72455.
Harmon and Susan have awarded their 2023 Maynard High School Scholarship in the amount of $500.00. This annual scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic ability, need and clarity of purpose. Haleigh McDonald is this year’s recipient.
