Mary Lee Throesch, 90, of Anderson, passed away on May 28, 2022 at Community Hospital in Anderson, IN following a brief illness. She was born on October 1, 1931 in Corning, AR to the late Omer and Nellie (Strobel) Arnold. Mary was a homemaker and drove a school bus for 15 years. She loved to play cards, hated to miss an episode of “Young and the Restless,” loved ice cream and started each day with a Honey Bun.
Charles Larry Sanford Hackworth, 76, passed away peacefully at his home in Ravenden Springs, Arkansas, Wednesday, June 1, 2022. He was born April 5, 1946, near Dalton, Arkansas to the late Wesley Owen “Ted” and Lena Mae King Hackworth. Larry was employed for most of his life as a sawmiller. He loved hunting and fishing, playing cards, going to the stock car races, and being with his family and friends.
Jon Robert Belford, 78, of Pocahontas, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at John J Pershing VA Medical Center. Jon was born July 14, 1943, to Alvin and Jane Carlson Belford in Grand Blanc, MI.

Nelson, a longtime sportscaster, delivered a speech, A State of Disaster, based off the many natural and manmade disasters throughout the history of Arkansas.
